Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to the countries shown at checkout. If your country is not offered, we cannot ship there yet.

Handling time
Orders are dispatched within 7 business days of being placed.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery takes 5 to 14 business days. Times can be longer around public holidays or customs checks.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders. Any import duties and taxes for your country are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
We email a tracking number when your order is dispatched. Tracking can take a few days to update.

Wrong address
Check your address before you pay. If it is wrong, email support@lullabun.co with your order number as soon as possible. We cannot change an address once the order is dispatched.

Delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the delivery time above, email support@lullabun.co with your order number and we will look into it.
